1) This Agreement dose not constitute a contract for the supply of vehicle rental services. The rental Services will be supplied under a separate rental agreement to be entered into with the member of LeanCars system who provides the vehicle (The Local Supplier)

2) The driver’s license, a valid payment card and passport or identity card will be required on the pickup date.
3) All of them must be in renter’s name and spelled the same on all documents.
4) Minimum Driver’s license age.
-21 years old with a valid driving license of minimum 1 year for category A & B
-23 years old with a valid driving license of minimum 1 year for category C,D,F & Cabrio
-25 years old with a valid driving license of minimum 1 year for Mini Bus
5)FDW dose not cover damage that is due to violation of the Greek Traffic Law ( alcohol & Drugs included).
6) Fuel is renter’s responsibility.
7)The rates include locally delivery to and collection from your hotel (Istron, Agios Nikolaos, Elounda)
8) Pick & Delivery charges: If car is not delivered or pick up locally or not during office hours, extra charge may apply.
9) Traffic Fines & tickets are renter’s responsibility.
10) Baby seats, boosters are available upon request.
